Eric Lasry focuses his practice on real estate law where he represents clients in transactions pertaining to residential, office, commercial and industrial properties.
Mr. Lasry acts for real estate owners, developers and lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale-leaseback of various projects, including assisted living facilities, medical office buildings and power centers. He has also handled the acquisition and financing of numerous office, industrial and retail properties for public Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
After beginning his career in the United States, practising corporate and real estate law in Los Angeles, Eric Lasry returned to Canada in 2006 to join De Grandpré Chait.
