Practising in corporate taxation, Martin Daniel Boily has developed particular expertise in the areas of corporate acquisitions and reorganizations, both domestic and foreign. In addition to advising clients involved in tax audits and enquiries performed by the Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Québec, he represents them in contestations filed with the federal and provincial Canadian tax authorities.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Boily has practised in national law firms and accounting firms where he acquired extensive experience in personal and estate tax planning, as well as the setting up of trusts and corporations. His approach focuses on providing efficient solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of his clients.

Recognized for his comprehensive knowledge of tax-related issues, Mr. Boily is regularly invited to speak on various topics at conferences held by the Association de planification fiscale et financière and the Canadian Tax Foundation. He is also a guest lecturer for the In-depth Tax Course offered by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the continuing education programs of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec.
