A member of the firm's Transactional Tax Group, Diana Gaspar focuses her practice on business immigration law by providing sound legal advice to her clients (individuals and businesses), through her knowledge of and experience in Canadian, American and international immigration matters.

Diana Gaspar assists her clients at all stages of the business and personal immigration process, including applications for the Canadian work permit, the Quebec selection certificate (CSQ), permanent residence, investor or entrepreneur status, by preparing and submitting the required documents to the appropriate authorities.

In addition to a Master of Laws with a specialization in international commercial arbitration, Diana Gaspar holds a Juris Doctor in Common Law and Transnational Law (D.E.S.S.). Her multidisciplinary training - she also holds a bachelor's degree in criminology and a certificate in international cooperation - has enabled her to work in law firms in Montreal as well as in the public sector at the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada (PSEPC), where she worked before joining De Grandpré Chait.
